Who we are

Volgers Hub is operated by HeyTech Digital B.V., a company registered in the Netherlands.

What data we collect

We collect only the minimum data necessary to provide our service:

• Account data — email address and display name, required for login and registration.
• Authentication data — session tokens to keep you signed in.
• Demo request data — if you submit a demo request form, we collect the information you provide (name, email, company name, platform preferences, and any optional message). This data is used solely to contact you about your demo request.

That's it. We do not collect analytics, tracking cookies, behavioural data, or personal profiles beyond what's needed to authenticate you and respond to your inquiries.

What we do NOT collect or store

• We do not store which social media accounts belong to which user.
• We do not store personal social media data, follower lists, or engagement metrics.
• We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics.
• We do not build user profiles or sell data.

Third-party AI services

Volgers Hub uses third-party AI APIs (such as language models and image generators) to power the AI team's features. When you use AI-powered features, prompts and inputs are sent to these providers to generate outputs.

We do not control how these third-party AI providers handle data on their end. Each provider has their own data retention and privacy policies. We encourage you to review their respective privacy policies if you have concerns about how your prompts are processed.

We do not send personal identifying information to AI providers — only the content you explicitly submit for generation (e.g., a caption prompt, an image description).

Data sharing

We do not share your data with anyone. Not with advertisers, not with partners, not with data brokers. Your account data stays with us and is used solely to operate the service.

Where data is stored

All data is stored within the European Union on EU-based servers. Your data never leaves the EU. Our infrastructure is fully GDPR-compliant by design.

Your rights under GDPR

As an EU-based service, we fully comply with the General Data Protection Regulation. You have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of all data we hold about you.
• Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate data.
• Erasure — ask us to delete all your data ("right to be forgotten").
• Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
• Objection — object to any processing of your data.

Data retention

We keep your account data only as long as your account is active. If you request deletion, we remove all your data permanently within 30 days. There are no backups or shadow copies retained after deletion.
