Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using Volgers Hub ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Service is operated by HeyTech Digital B.V., registered at Weverstede 655, 3431JX Nieuwegein, Netherlands (KvK: 98246437).

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Volgers Hub is an AI-powered social media planning workspace. The Service provides tools for content planning, AI-assisted content generation, and workflow management. The workspace features are free; AI-powered generation features operate on a credit-based system.

Volgers Hub does not publish to social networks and does not connect to your social media accounts. You export finished content and publish it using your own tools.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this age requirement.

4. Credits and payment

AI-powered features consume credits. Credits are purchased in advance and deducted when you use generation features. Credit costs for each operation are displayed before you confirm.

  • Credits are non-refundable once purchased.
  • Credits do not expire.
  • Prices may change; purchased credits retain their value regardless of future price changes.
  • Failed generations (technical errors, timeouts) do not consume credits.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate content that violates applicable laws or regulations.
  • Create misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent content.
  • Generate content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or abuse the AI systems.
  • Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the Service.
  • Resell or redistribute generated content as an AI generation service.

6. Generated content

Content generated through the Service using your credits is yours to use for any lawful purpose, including commercial use. However:

  • We do not guarantee that generated content is unique or free from similarity to existing works.
  • You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing.
  • AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate, inappropriate, or off-brand. You are responsible for final approval.

7. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party AI providers to generate content. Any scheduling or publishing tools you choose to use (for example Buffer, Later, or Meta Business Suite) are your own — we are not affiliated with them, do not integrate with them, and take no responsibility for their availability, accuracy, or policies. We are likewise not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of any third-party AI providers, whose use is subject to their own terms and conditions.

8. Availability and warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific uptime, or that the Service will meet all your requirements. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HeyTech Digital B.V. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for credits in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, unused credits are forfeited and non-refundable.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Utrecht, the Netherlands.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
